Accused Cop Killer's Attorney Wants Trial Moved

Citing the amount of pre-trial publicity, the defense attorney for Richard Poplawski, the man accused of gunning down three Pittsburgh police officers last April, wants the trial moved out of Allegheny County.  In court today for a review hearing, Poplawski waived his right to a speedy trial.

Fallen Heroes: Funeral & Memorial Plans

Pittsburgh Police Officers Paul Sciullo II, Eric Kelly and Stephen Mayhle will lie in state for a public viewing at the City-County Building beginning at 4pm on Wednesday, April 8th.  A public memorial service will be held on Thursday.  Full Details
