A Pittsburgh fireman who is accused of sending fellow firefighters on bogus calls so he could steal money from them is now in rehab awaiting criminal charges. Late last week, authorities issued a warrant for the arrest of Vincent Manzella, 31, on charges including burglary, theft and false alarms involving an agency of public safety.
