Former State Supreme Court Chief Justice Stephen Zappala Sr. testified that as chairman, he earns $250,000 a year but said he is no lobbyist.

It's an organization funded by several casinos and employing some of the most powerful and influential figures in the state.  An oversight committee wants to know more about the Pennsylvania Casino Association, its purposes and why these influential people have not registered as lobbyists.
