Milk Products Recalled Over Salmonella Concerns

LINK: FDA.gov

(KDKA/AP) A recall is underway across the country for nonfat dry milk, cocoa and other products linked to a possible salmonella contamination.

The source may be the milk processor, Plainview Milk Products Cooperative, locatedĀ in Minnesota.

Officials say the suspect products were made over the past two years.

According to the FDA, none of the company's products were sold directly to the public, but to other distributors.

Salmonella can cause serious infections.
