PITTSBURGH (KDKA) ― If you are a Comcast customer, you may have some trouble finding your favorite cable shows. Comcast has just finished changing its lineup, and that could mean confusion for unsuspecting customers.

In Pittsburgh and most of the surrounding suburbs, MSNBC used to be on channel 31. Channel 31 today is the golf channel.

Go to channel 65 which used to be the golf channel and it's blank.

TNT used to be on channel 36. Now you'll find it on 52.

All these channel changes are making viewers heads spin as they search up and down the dial.

Comcast has made a total of 15 different channel changes, including CNBC, NBC, FX, Versus, and BET. Some of the channels have just changed their spots on the dial, however, other channels, such as MSNBC, have moved from analog into the digital tier. That means to get them, you'll have to rent a converter box from Comcast.

Comcast has added at least five new high def channels, Animal Planet, Fox Sports Net, The Learning Channel, AMC and KDKA's sister channel, WPCW.

Comcast says it had to make the changes, specially moving channels from analog to digital, so it could add more h-d channels and faster internet service.

If you have a digital converter box, you'll just have to hunt down those new channels. If you don't, you'll have to get one of those converter boxes.
