Getting ready for those deep discounts, Black Friday bargain hunters are already packing stores.
At the
Best Buy in Cranberry, shoppers are secured their spot before the sun went down on Thanksgiving eve.
A Zelienople man says he arrived Wednesday night before midnight. He set up a tent and spent the night.
His mother sent him his Thanksgiving dinner so he wouldn't miss out while waiting in line.
He says the way the economy is right now, most people can't afford to miss out on the deals.
Mike Gordon, from Evans City, took his place in line at 10 a.m. Thursday, but he says it's more about the environment than the sales.
He likes hanging out with the people in line.
Rip Strossley, of Cranberry, admits standing outside for hours is a bit extreme.
But he has his eye on a new laptop and television and says the discounts are worth it.
Best Buy opens at 5 a.m. Friday.
