Two Charged After Fight, Stabbing At Clarion U.

CLARION (KDKA) ― Clarion University Police have charged two people following a fight and stabbing in the campus dining hall Wednesday night.

Police say LeVaughn Robinson, a freshman, was stabbed twice in the leg when he got into a fight with another man during dinner.

The incident happened at the Eagle Commons Dining Hall.

Officials report that Robinson allegedly shoved the other student and knocked him to the floor just before the stabbing.

The university has a policy against carrying weapons on campus.

According to university police, Daney Weyant is facing charges of simple assault, aggravated assault and harassment.

Robinson is a running back on the university's football team and played for Penn Hills High School. He is being charged with simple assualt.

Both were taken to the hospital.
