Man Arrested After Police Chase In Butler County

CHICORA (KDKA) ― Police in Butler County arrested a man early this morning after a vehicle chase through several townships.

According to state police, Shane Nolan, of Karns City, is accused of driving off while being questioned by a trooper, and dragging the officer with him.

Authorities say the trooper was questioning Nolan in the supermarket parking lot in Chicora.

Officials report that he then led officers on a 20 minute chase.

Nolan is being held in jail on $50,000 bond.
