CLAY TOWNSHIP (KDKA) ― One person is dead and three others seriously injured following a crash in Butler County.

The accident happened Tuesday night on Route 308 in Clay Township and now police say the victims knew each other and even worked together.

State police say 19-year-old Christina Williams, of West Sunbury, was killed when her Ford Escort was hit head-on by a Mitsubishi GT that crossed the center line.

Three teenage boys inside that vehicle were seriously injured.

Two of them have been identified as 16 year-old Cody Christy and 16 year-old Mason Spencer.

Spencer, Christy and Williams are all employees of the Eat 'n Park restaurant at the Clearview Mall in Butler.

Two of the injured were taken to UPMC Presbyterian via helicopter.

The third was flown to Children's Hospital.

None of the occupants of either vehicle was wearing seatbelts.

Police say the vehicle with the teenage boys inside was speeding at the time of the crash.
