PITTSBURGH (KDKA) ―
Car lovers' dreams of slipping into the front seat of a sexy, sporty convertible may become reality this weekend.
The 2009 Pittsburgh International Auto Show will open Thursday, Feb. 12 at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center and will display four-wheeled marvels through Sunday, Feb. 15.
The event will fill the Convention Center with the newest domestic and
foreign cars, trucks and SUVs from over 35 manufacturers and
exhibitors, some of which will include models not yet seen in
dealer's showrooms.
In addition to the automotive industry's latest and most
glamorous models, the event will feature a NASCAR display, a classic
car show and a Harley motorcycle presentation. "Survivor" reality
television tryouts sponsored by KDKA-TV will also take place during the
exhibition.
Other attractions include an oxygen bar, chair massages, face painting and balloon artists.
