At car dealerships all over the region, there are lots of cars but not a lot of buyers.
Debbie Peters has been selling cars for 24 years and her colleagues in the business agree it's one of the toughest years ever for car sales.
But for those in the market for a new car can find some pretty good deals.
Some used vehicles are 50 percent off. Other incentives include employee discounts, rebates and zero percent financing.
But the deals are not always as good on fuel efficient vehicles because they are so popular these days.
However, demand is down for SUVs and trucks which means consumers can find deeper discounts for those vehicles.
The deals are selective depending on the manufacturer and the car model. The dealers themselves have their own special incentives on top of those offered by manufacturers.
To maximize your money - check out more than a few dealers. With car sales at a 10-year low, now's a good time to bargain.
